Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your custom apparel and accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to include your packing slip inside so we can identify your order quickly.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
